Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Consultant to lead and support organizational change initiatives related to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) implementations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in change management frameworks such as PROSCI, ADKAR, or Organizational Change Management (OCM) and experience driving successful adoption of new systems and processes within enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute change management strategies to support ERP/EAM implementations.
- Conduct impact assessments and identify key stakeholders to drive adoption.
- Design and deliver communication plans, training programs, and user adoption strategies.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and resistance management initiatives.
- Measure and track the effectiveness of change initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Provide coaching and support to leadership and key stakeholders to reinforce change adoption.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Change Management, OCM, PROSCI, or ADKAR methodologies.
- Strong background in ERP or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) implementations.
- Experience leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
- Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Certification in PROSCI, ADKAR, or equivalent (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with SAP, Oracle, Workday, Infor, or other ERP/EAM systems.
- Knowledge of business process transformation and digital adoption strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
