we are a Tier 1 vendor for the City and County of San Francisco for Cloud Services, Staffing Services and Training Services. For this multi-year opportunity with a diverse set of needs to address, we are currently focusing on establishing partnerships with individuals as well as companies who can help us enhance our overall service portfolio, cut lead times, and ultimately help us deliver successfully. We currently hold sizable Government accounts in the San Francisco bay area including City and County of San Francisco, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara County.

Ideal Consultant Qualifications
The ideal consultant will have:
- Proven expertise in advanced Tableau development and dashboard design.
- Demonstrated ability to apply data visualization and storytelling techniques.
Dashboard Categories
Academic Affairs and Student Experience
- Includes metrics spanning Academic Affairs and Student Experience aligned to the student journey from incoming student to alumni.
- Organizational Capacity will be a separate dashboard that is a sub-component of this one.
Adult Education
- Aligned to the student journey from enrollment to completion.
Information Technology
- Measures infrastructure, information security, ERP applications, business intelligence, web services, and academic technologies in terms of performance and customer feedback.
Institutional Excellence
- Shows top-line metrics from the Culture and Climate survey.
- Future iterations will include performance excellence.
Marketing and Communications
- This dashboard will measure brand impact, digital marketing, and communication.
Finance
- The finance dashboard will include financial health, student finance, procurement, and administrative services.
Institutional Resource Development
- Includes year-over-year grant activity, efficiency, and strategic alignment.
Human Resources
- Provides an overview of employees and monitors employee services, talent acquisition, and benefits.
Legal
- Measures contract management and functions that are necessary to support our mission.
