Summary
CCS Group is looking for an experienced, innovative, and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, product management, and analytics, with a proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Assist in promoting new products and services to ensure successful product launches and market positioning in current industry.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including company website and social media channels.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior using analytics tools to inform marketing decisions.
- Collaborate in the planning and execution of trade shows, including coordinating logistics and developing marketing materials to effectively showcase our products and services.
- Create engaging content using Adobe Creative Suite for various marketing materials, including brochures, ads, and social media posts.
- Manage the creation and presentation of media materials for special projects, including enhancing drone delivery footage and promotional content to elevate customer engagement and brand visibility.
- Protect organizations value by keeping information confidential.
- Any additional duties assigned by CEO.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
- 2-5 years of experience in Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of social media marketing and analytics.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and design purposes.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
