Qualifications:
- High school diploma with Technical Trade Certificate
- 5 yrs. of maintenance/facilities in a Chemical or Laboratory facility
- Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance of Chemical Storage Tank, Chemical Transfer Pumps, Reactors, Dryers, Vacuum Systems, Air Compressors, Lab Equipment, PLC, HVAC, Security and Fire Systems.
- Experience with Reviews, Procedures and Inventory of parts
- Experience with cGMP and ISO standards
- Manage contractors
- Industrial process equipment and building systems, plan maintenance schedules.
- Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Safety First
- Determine maintenance or repairs
- Reviews and writes procedures and maintain maintenance documentation updated.
- Responsible for procurement processes for materials and services, including contract management, purchase orders organization and invoice compliance.
- Works with Engineering Department to plan work priorities
- Assesses building systems to plan work assignments.
- Assists team members with troubleshooting equipment and systems malfunction, relying on internal and external SME.
- Inspects work performed by vendors and contractors.
- Manage contractors timesheets, materials, and other resources used for inventory purposes.
