Key Responsibilities:
● Lead a team of 10-15 developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
● Architect, design, and develop scalable and high-performance applications for the cloud.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
● Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
● Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
● Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
● Manage the entire software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, and testing.
[Key Requirements]
● 10 years of software engineer experience with Core Java based multi tier platform
● 5 years of development experience with Javascript & ReactJS
● 5 years of experience with NoSQL - MonogoDB and other document db
● 5 years of Cloud development experience
● 5 years of Devops and development automation to cloud envs5
● Spring, springboot, Micro Services, Micro front ends, GitHub, Splunk, messaging/Kafka, Scrum/Agile
