What are the responsibilities and job description for the Church Ambassador Network Coordinator position at CCV?
The Church Ambassador Network (CAN) Coordinator works in collaboration with the CAN team to serve and resource Ohio’s churches and pastors. Highly organized and relational, the CAN Coordinator must be able to manage multiple responsibilities ranging from database management, timely and clear communications, to researching opportunities for Center for Christian Virtue (CCV) to connect with church leaders, and more.
Reports to: Church Ambassador Network Executive Director
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Compensation: Full-time, Salaried/Exempt
Location: CCV Office in Columbus, Ohio, with occasional statewide travel

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to CAN Executive Director and Tom Minnery Fellowship Cohort Facilitators by maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS) and scheduling sessions and related meetings.
- Act as a liaison between CAN Executive Director, Communio, and churches/pastors who are interested in or actively partnered with Communio.
- Ensure CAN member details are up-to-date in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database and pull reporting as needed.
- Research relevant conferences and speaking engagements for CAN to connect and serve church/ministry leaders.
- Support with email communications to be sent to the Church Ambassador Network.
- In support of the Events team, assist with CAN event prep and execution.
Job Qualifications & Requirements
Skills and Experience
- Undergraduate degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in an office environment preferred; experience in a nonprofit environment a plus.
- Strong computer skills including Google and Microsoft Suite; CRM and LMS database experience a plus.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage data files, and perform electronic data research.
- Attentive to detail and well-organized with proven ability to work in a multi-tasking, fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to operate on a schedule, and prioritize and meet deadlines—without immediate or constant supervision—while remaining flexible with ever-changing priorities.
- Willing and able to travel and work overtime for events and meetings from time to time.

- Mature Christian, currently attending or pursuing attendance in a local church.
