Requirements to apply :
Licensure : Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License issued by the State Board of Medical Quality Assurance, as required by State law California.
Certifications : DEA Certification
Experience : A minimum of 2 years of experience providing Primary or Urgent Care services.
Preferences : Bilingual skills in English / Spanish preferred, but not required, for this position.
A Valid California Driver's License.
