Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Manager that will provide support to the plumbing team by coordinating activities related to all service and projects and ensure the continuity and efficiency of each project from start to finish through clear communication with all parties involved.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise Plumbing Construction Projects from inception to completion
- Schedule and coordinate with suppliers
- Communicate with clients regarding service and projects to ensure peak customer satisfaction
- Deliver projects according to client needs and budget
- Lead the crew, be accountable for the team’s assigned work
- Understand and consistently apply company policies
- Follow project plans and schedules and direct daily and weekly activities to meet production goals
- Manage plumbing project and service team including dispatch, estimators, installers, and technicians
- Report on budget and production variances and adjust as needed
- Ensure that the completed work meets standards and recommend work processes that will improve productivity and product quality
- Advise project billing with progress of construction
- Remain in direct daily contact with dispatch to ensure that jobs are being scheduled efficiently
Qualifications
- Plumbing service management and project management experience
- Team leader with excellent diplomatic and communication skills, able to handle and resolve conflicts effectively in a firm but fair manner
- Experience of Microsoft Office software
- Experience with BuildOps software

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
