Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Revenue OperationsAnalyst. This role will support the revenue operations team, working closely with sales, marketing, finance, and accounting teams to drive revenue optimization, financial planning, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for numbers, problem-solving, and a desire to grow within the SaaS industry.

Responsibilities :

  • Revenue Analysis & Reporting : Assist in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue performance. Support the preparation of financial reports and dashboards for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Data Accuracy & Integrity : Ensure that data related to sales orders, customer subscriptions, and CRM data is accurate and up-to-date in our CRM tools and associated systems.
  • Revenue Forecasting : Assist in Go To Market forecasting and budgeting processes, working closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, and product) to align on key assumptions.
  • Process Optimization : Identify opportunities to streamline and automate sales processes, enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of reporting and analysis.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis : Provide ad-hoc analysis as needed to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience : 0-2 years of experience in a sales, operations, or analytical role. Previous internships or relevant coursework in financial analysis or revenue operations are a plus.
  • Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis).

  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and financial systems.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset : Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Attention to Detail : Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, especially in financial data.
  • Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to identify issues and work independently or as part of a team to implement solutions.
  • Team-Oriented : Collaborative mindset with a focus on contributing to team success and business goals.
  • SaaS Knowledge : Understanding of SaaS business models (recurring revenue, subscription metrics, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
