Job Description We’re currently looking for a Senior Environment Concept Artist to join our new studio in Boston and help us develop Project Orion - the follow-up to Cyberpunk 2077 and the next major video game in the Cyberpunk franchise. As a Senior Environment Concept Artist, you’ll be a part of a small team of talented artists, working in close collaboration with Art Directors to establish the vision for the game. If you are an experienced and mature artist with a passion for creating industry-leading RPGs, we want to hear from you!(This position requires working in Boston. Hybrid working mode available).Responsibilities : Create high quality, creative and original environment concept artworksWork closely with directors to establish a clear vision and direction for the gameCooperate and work as part of a team of artists, sharing information, ideas and knowledge to benefit the project as a whole.Participate in peer group feedback sessions regularly, attending reviews, receiving feedback and making iterationsCollaborate closely with other departments and teams to get the information and support needed to achieve goals and solve problemsMaintain the production pipeline and meet deadlines.Qualifications A minimum of 5 years experience in game developmentIn-depth knowledge of the Cyberpunk genre and RPGs and a passion for environment designExcellent visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to efficiently demonstrate ideas and concepts and convey information clearly to others.Exceptional creative and artistic skills, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in realistic and sci-fi environment concept art, mood paintings, 3D environment designs, blockouts and paintovers, key-frames, and the ability to create fast ideation sketches such as storyboards.A solid background in traditional art such as industrial design, landscape painting or illustration with core foundational skillsExcellent knowledge of both 2D and 3D design softwareReadiness to take responsibility for projects.Openness for constant feedback and sharing knowledge with other concept artists.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the willingness to work collaboratively with other teams online in different time zones.Additional Information This job requires working in Boston, US.Working mode : in-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity.Health & Well-beingCompany paid medical healthcare (dental vision & mental).Paid Leave — 20 days of holiday for every team member per year (26 days after two years).No dress-code — we like to keep it casual.401K with employer matching.Gym Membership Reimbursement.Perks & Professional GrowthFlexible working hours.Trainings, lectures and courses — internal workshops, knowledge-sharing initiatives, online tutorials, and e-learning classes are all available.
