The Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll run the full sales cycle from outreach to close. You’ll own a book of enterprise accounts and build strategic account plans to penetrate and expand within those organisations.
You'll partner cross-functionally with marketing, solutions consultants, and customer success, and be a key driver of revenue growth across major departments like HR, L&D, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run full-cycle sales processes across large enterprise organizations.
- Build and execute strategic account plans to identify and prioritize key stakeholders.
- Use MEDDPICC to accurately qualify pipeline and mitigate risk at every stage.
- Deliver tailored demos and articulate ROI to diverse business units.
- Land new logos and expand Synthesia’s footprint into additional teams and regions.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date activity and pipeline management in Salesforce.
- Hit and exceed ARR goals while contributing to the refinement of sales strategy.
What Does Success Look Like? You consistently land and grow large accounts, positioning yourself as a trusted partner, while contributing significantly to team revenue goals.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally at the enterprise level.
- Proven success managing 6/7 figure deals with long, complex sales cycles.
- Confident selling across multiple departments and stakeholder levels.
- Experience using a structured sales methodology (MEDDPICC preferred).
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect product capabilities to business outcomes.
- Motivated, strategic, and hands-on-comfortable building your own pipeline and closing deals with autonomy.
