Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 an hour
Anticipated employment period: June 1, 2025 - September 31, 2025, with an opportunity to start in May or end in August or October.

Responsibility Areas and Duties:
- Ensure proper marina function, cleanliness, and organization.
- Uphold an excellent standard of customer service at the Lakehouse and Marina.
- Follow the Company’s policies and procedures both personally and with other staff.
- Engage the membership and promote the family friendly lifestyle of CDA National.
- Actively maintain watercraft including covering, uncovering, stocking and cleaning boats.
- Store, tow, and launch boats for dry dock boat concierge program.
- Accurately change members through POS system for services, rentals, and products.
- Safely operate various motorized and non-motorized watercraft with and without passengers.
- Support and assist food and beverage, grounds, and maintenance teams.
- Operate as a part of a team, creating a positive work culture for all involved.
- Assist with winterizing and de-winterizing watercraft, Marina, and Lakehouse.
- Open or close Marina on a daily basis..
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and move about freely in a multi-floor building and open space. The employee is frequently required to visually observe the condition of their surroundings. He/she is routinely required to bend, stoop, stand, walk, carry, and lift objects weighing 50 pounds or less. It is inevitable that other duties will arise from time to time.

Requirements:Education and/or Experience:
- Must be 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must possess valid driver’s license
