The Role – Pet Care Associate
Let's put it all out there. Working in an environment that provides care to furry loved ones 365 days a year can be challenging and relentless. Our expectations are high, and we mean way up there. Our customers expect no less from us, and we expect no less from ourselves. Is this a mission impossible? No, we have been there and done that for over 15 years. If you're up for the challenge, read on.
- Do you like to switch things up? That's perfect. We're seeking individuals who can work morning, midday, early evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Is it your dream to hang out with big and small dogs? Just imagine having a hundred two-year-olds, but ours have teeth and claws! Playgroup supervision requires a firm but loving leader, a multi-tasker, and someone who is on their toes and always observant.
- Cleaning, who needs it? We do! Our team does it all, the work is never quite done; laundry, dishes, scrubbing, mopping, scooping, sweeping, and dusting. No speck of dirt is too small, it is a dirty job, but someone needs to do it.
- Pets can't feed and medicate themselves, feeding, watering, and medication administration are our priority.
- It is not a secret; our employees are our secret sauce. We have a diverse, high-functioning team with a family-feel culture. If you prefer not to work with a team, you must look elsewhere.
- Lastly, do you care about ALL the details? If so, that is good because we have a ton of them. We’re not moving packages on an assembly line; these are living beings we are talking about. Taking care of our pets, team, and customers is essential. No detail is too big or small. We take safety, cleanliness, supervision, and care seriously.
- Other duties as assigned…after all, this is just a job posting.
