Summary
The Marketing and Outreach Manager will be responsible for the execution of marketing
initiatives to promote our programs, projects, and community engagement efforts. This role
focuses on implementing marketing campaigns, producing content, managing digital
platforms, and ensuring brand consistency. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional
who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and excels in marketing execution.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Management: Develop, edit, and publish marketing materials,
social media content.
- Social media & Digital Marketing: Manage and update social media accounts, monitor
- Email Marketing: Execute email marketing campaigns using platforms such as
performance tracking.
- Event & Community Outreach Support: Organize and Promote community events,
- Graphic Design & Branding: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials

- Marketing Collateral & Printing Coordination: Coordinate the production and
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators
- Vendor & Partner Coordination: Work with external vendors, photographers,
- Carry out additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in nonprofit, affordable housing, or
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with
- Passion for affordable housing and community development is a plus.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Spanish required. Fluency Preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- This position supervises 1 - 2 employees.
Compensation and Benefits
- $55,000 Salary – Based on Experience
- Bonus – Based on production goals met
