CDI Engineering Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Consulting Engineers Limited (TCE), is a multi-disciplinary engineering organization offering a full range of integrated engineering design, project support, procurement and construction management services to the energy and chemicals industries.
Position Summary:
Owners representative as Construction Manager for a petrochemical facility demolition project.
Responsibilities:
Participate in the bidding phase of major construction activities.
Participate in weekly project updated meetings (virtually).
Manage Construction Contractors.
Oversee detailed construction schedule to include pre-outage, outage and post-outage construction activities.
Review all contractor submitted QA/QC documentation and advise of irregularities.
Assist with safety tags and permitting.
Assure compliance to constrction schedule and report significant delays and deviations.
Furnish a daily report depicting schedule compliance, safety concerns and planned activites.
Participate in weekly update meetings with the general contractor.
Qualifications:
Pre-Outage, Outage & Post Outage - Construction Management experience.
Previous Construction Supervision.
Must have a track record of being safety oriented.
Reporting experience.
QA/QC Documentation experience and understanding.
