CDI Engineering Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Consulting Engineers Limited (TCE), is a multi-disciplinary engineering organization offering a full range of integrated engineering design, project support, procurement and construction management services to the energy and chemicals industries.
Position Summary
Facilities Manager for a manufacturing facility overseeing operations and facilities management.
Responsibilities
Will work with an architect on the building designs/layout plans.
Oversee the detailed engineering packages.
Support project management functions.
Properly close out the project with appropriate documentation.
Assist with monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting the projects.
Expertise in heavy equipment assembly, metal cutting and bending, welding, painting, and machining processes.
Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues related to manufacturing processes.
Coordinating with external contractors for repair and construction activities.
Responsible for communication and coordination with electricity company, water company, garbage company etc.
Adhering to all regulatory standards and procedures for safety and environmental requirements.
Preparing documentation for inspections and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications
Specializes or has experience with industrial plant building construction / building renovations.
Experience with forcasting & budgetting projects.
Experienced with hot oil heat, air compressors with dryer skids, chiller.
Experienced with projects from bid process to managing construction contractors.
5 years Experience in building maintenance or relevant technical areas.
Education Requirements
Secondary technical education in electrical, plumbing, heating, or other related engineering disciplines.
