As a key point of contact for our trucking compliance business, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting clients, and providing answers to questions clients have, Contact multiple government agencies. Responsibilities :
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Greet and assist clients, vendors, and other visitors who come to the office.
- Provide general administrative support, including managing incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation related to trucking compliance.
- Learn and understand the basics of trucking compliance to effectively communicate with clients and provide basic guidance when needed.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of client inquiries or concerns.
- Assist with basic data entry tasks and generate reports as required.
