JOB SUMMARY
FEA coordinators are responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day management of FEA employers. When a client under the FEA model is approved for services and meets with their program/service coordinator or support broker, the FEA coordinator takes their completed packet and sets up FEINs, creates and links unemployment and withholding accounts, and files powers of attorneys for our assigned FEA employers. If they cancel their services with us, the FEA coordinator is responsible for revoking all of the accounts and powers of attorney.
JOB DUTIES
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures
- Demonstrate dependability independently
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Exhibit computer efficiency
- Assist with special projects
- Maintain necessary skills and knowledge to coordinate workflow
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects
- Participate in professional development and training activities
- Prioritize and multitask effectively
- Assist and support new Employees
- Apply for FEINs for assigned FEA employers
- Open unemployment and withholding accounts for assigned FEA employers
- File powers of attorney for assigned FEA employers
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma preferred
- Previous office experience preferred
- Combination of education and experience
- Be able to successfully pass a background screening
