CDP is wanting someone with experience in ordering materials, scheduling crew member, Inventory of materials -excel spreadsheet and quickbooks. This position can be part time to full time. Minim of 35 to 40 hours. Pay will be based on experience.. A perfect position for someone wanting to be flexible with there hours.

Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
- Manage calendars, scheduling prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain phone etiquette while handling multi-line phone systems and assisting callers.
- Collaborate with team members to support administrative operations.
- Assist in filing and organizing documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
