CDR is currently looking for a Bilingual Recruiting Assistant to join the team!
The Recruiting Assistant will support the recruiting team in all aspects of the hiring process. This role involves screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Resume Screening:
- Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
Interview Coordination:
- Send interview confirmations and reminders to candidates.
Candidate Communication:
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Administrative Support:
- Maintain organized and up-to-date recruitment files.
- Support the recruiting team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Onboarding Support:
- Assist with the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork.
- Coordinate with Recruiting Manager to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Qualifications:
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED .
Experience:
- Previous experience in a recruiting role is a plus.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software (e.g., Avionte BOLD) is an advantage.
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
