Hours : Mon - Thurs 6am to 4 : 30pm
Pay Rate : $30 / hr
Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining our fleet of diesel trucks, including performing hydraulic work, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, and replacing malfunctioning components. The ability to rebuild diesel engines is strongly recommended.
Key Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in fleet trucks.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on diesel engines and related systems.
- Repair or replace faulty components, including transmissions, brakes, and fuel systems.
- Conduct hydraulic system repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Rebuild diesel engines, ensuring all components are properly restored to working condition.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues efficiently.
- Follow all safety procedures and industry regulations while performing repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure fleet reliability and performance.
