JOB SUMMARY
An Operations Supervisor at CDR is responsible for developing and implementing service accounts. Their main duties include managing all active accounts and recruiting staff to fulfill client needs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all CDR Holdings accounts in your region.
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of the company's relationship with them.
- Ensure the delivery of targets through individual recognition, performance review, people management, and reward.
- Maintain technical and professional knowledge by reviewing professional publications, participating in professional societies, and establishing personal networks.
- Develop and implement new programs and strategies to capture key demographics and generate leads and prospective customers.
- Maintain prospective contractors' database using programs provided by CDR.
- Participate in interviews and the processes of recruiting new contractors.
- Plan and execute job fairs and recruitment events.
- Document customer interactions and maintain data related to activities, accounts, and partners.
- Hire, onboard, and train staff that you supervise.
- Resolve client and contractor complaints.
- Create and give reports to the Reginal Manager on the current overall state of the operations.
- Encourage contractors and employees to work in a positive environment.
- Set and establish goals for the team to meet.
- Monitor employee work and provide guidance.
- Implement measures and ensure employees follow safety protocols.
- Oversee processes to identify areas of improvement.
- Deliver checks and correspondence to contractors.
- Conduct client visits to oversee CDR-contractor relationships.
- Serve as a safety advocate.
- Collaborate in the creation of CDR documents and policies.
- Maintain open availability due to the nature of work performed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REPORTS
- Weekly activities update: visits, new hires/dismissals—SYNC meetings.
- Leads or prospective clients' contact list.
JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of account or operations supervision experience.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Creative interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Coaching and staff supervision experience.
- Market knowledge and ability to generate leads.
- Budget development and resource management skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and additional knowledge as required.
