Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Asset Management Specialist to join our team at CDS Life Transitions. As an Asset Manager, you will play a crucial role in maximizing the value and efficiency of our housing properties.
Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our third-party property management partners to ensure optimal operations of our assets. This includes monitoring financials, conducting compliance reviews, and performing physical inspections. You will also be responsible for implementing CDS Policies and Procedures, collaborating with senior leadership to inform major issues, and strategizing for improvements to current and future Housing assets.
In addition to these key responsibilities, you will assist with Development activities, providing strategic insight and comparison data to the Development team for predevelopment projects. You will also assist with RFPs, applications for PBVs and State financing submissions, as relevant; including work with third-party partners to secure quotes, studies, etc.
