What You’ll Do:

Listen to customer concerns and translate them into clear service recommendations.
Work closely with technicians to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
Educate customers on their vehicle needs (without the pushy sales tactics).
Keep things moving—multi-tasking is key!
