Position Information: Our client is seeking a talented Business Intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of large and complex data sets using advanced analytical techniques and tools.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
• Recommend and implement optimizations to enhance data quality, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other departments to understand business requirements and deliver effective BI solutions.
• Serve as an educated guide on BI best practices, tools, and technologies, providing guidance and support to internal teams.
• Hold meetings to demonstrate progress, and train the business partners on how to use the business analysis tool and dashboards
• Maintain a relationship with the business to understand changing needs, and continually provide support for updating views/documentation to keep up with those changes.
• Understand how processes and system functionality work together to achieve business goals and recommend new and/or changes to existing processes to streamline, automate & integrate, and meet application compliance requirements.
• Project Manage multiple projects and deliverables at once.

Requirements:

• Education, training and or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience of at least 4 years effectively gathering solution requirements through interviewing, listening, facilitating design sessions, and demonstrating analytical skills.
• Experience communicating information, both verbally and in writing, in simple, clear, and concise language; understandable to a wide audience with broad technical and non-technical backgrounds.
• Experience and ability to work with teams in multiple geographical locations
• Experience in / knowledge of telecommunications industry through direct or indirect work experience is a plus.
• Salesforce environment knowledge is a plus
• Proficiency in the Google Workspace & Microsoft 365 suite of tools.
• Good experience with BI tools and platforms (preference given to Tableau & Power BI) for data visualization and dashboard development
• Some proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and database technologies (e.g., Snowflake, MS SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres) is an asset.
