Position Information: Our client is seeking a talented IT Operations Lead.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, performance management, and career development.
• Monitor network systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Coordinate and oversee the resolution of network incidents, minimizing operational impact.
• Maintain detailed records of network performance, incidents, and resolutions, preparing regular reports for management.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing network operations through best practices and new technologies.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing development for existing team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience in network operations.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues promptly.
• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in data analysis to identify trends and root causes, with a focus on implementing preventive measures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across the organization and with third-party vendors.
• Capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for after-hours on-call escalation.
• Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a leadership role.
