Position Information: Our client is seeking a talented L1 PC Technician.

Responsibilities:

• Perform technical support tasks for PCs and laptops, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Assist in Windows 11 refresh projects for both desktops and laptops.
• Respond to and resolve service desk tickets related to PC hardware and software issues.
• Provide excellent customer service to end-users, ensuring a positive experience during technical interactions.
• Take on tasks such as equipment installations, imaging, and routine maintenance that higher-level technicians may not be available to handle.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
• Learn and adapt to new technologies quickly, supporting ongoing technical upgrades.

Requirements:

• A Certification or equivalent (preferred but not required).
• Experience with Windows 11 refresh for PCs and laptops.
• Previous experience in healthcare IT support (a plus).
• Strong passion for technology and learning new IT skills.
• Willingness to take on tasks and responsibilities that may not always be glamorous but are vital to the overall success of the team.
• Excellent energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude toward work and team collaboration.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Basic troubleshooting skills and experience with hardware and software diagnostics.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
