We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a PC Technician in the IT Services industry, based in West Hills, California. As a PC Technician, you will work closely with our tech team, providing client support and setup assistance. Responsibilities:• Provide technical assistance at client sites alongside our existing tech team• Assist in setting up and configuring Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Windows 10 systems at customer locations• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and issues• Ensure accurate documentation and monitoring of customer accounts• Participate in orientation and training sessions at the start of the contract• Adhere to scheduled timings and reporting instructions as provided by the team• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
