• Meet with clients and develop relationships.
• Market Engineering Services to potential and existing clients.
• Develop and maintain excellent rapport with associated local and state agencies as well as private clients.
• Perform client manager role for the market.
  • Collects and disseminates information about company’s capabilities/services for marketing purposes from/to agency personnel and potential clients.
  • Establishes/maintains contacts and relationships with practice specific agency personnel.
• Obtain information about upcoming market programs and projects.
  • Visit various agency managers and attend meetings/conferences when possible.
  • Make presentations to agencies as needed.
  • Review market association websites for up-to-date national information.
  • Researches, identifies and analyzes for potential new leads and opportunities.
  • Monitor the meetings of the legislative committees.
• Obtain information about programs and projects, explore, develop and maintain contacts with organizations and other groups as applicable or directed.
• Communicate relationship activities back to internal groups.
• Work with Operation Leaders and VP’s to develop, coordinate, and provide expertise for proposals and ongoing projects.
  • Review project proposals and all relevant documentation to ensure client needs are met.
  • Serve as a resource for information sources, funding, requirements and technical issues related to specific business sector.
• Participate in strategic planning by advising senior management and developing alternatives for setting and accomplishing goals.

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university
• 3-5 years of relevant business development, marketing or related experience
