The DAPS manages the work of 1 or more academic administration staff members. Additionally, the DAPS serves as the tactical lead for CEA CAPA’s School of Record relationship.

- Advance Quality of Academic Operations
- Lead the review and continuous improvement of policies and procedures related to key academic services, including but not limited to academic accommodations, Low GPA review.
- Serve as tactical lead for administration of CEA CAPA’s study center-delivered academics , including:
- Overseeing maintenance of syllabi, to ensure SOR syllabi are reviewed on a routine basis
- Ensure term syllabi remain consistent for the location(s) in which they are taught, within established parameters
- Oversee end-to-end processes for course evaluations, including :
- I dentifying goals for strategic assessment and improvement on site-spe cific, regional, or global level ;
- C ontinuous impr ovement of response rates and administration, wi th the support of the Academic Services Administrator ;
- Utilizing qualitative and quantitative research methods to codify the review of evaluation results ;
- Implement other assessment methods in consultation with the Dean of Global Programs & Academic Administration
- Ensure timely delivery and accurate delivery of ke y items required for School of Record ( SoR ) complian c e:
- Program reviews
- Interim and a nnual reports
- Course and faculty approvals
- New site approvals
- Communication s
- Create and execute communications plan for providing internal and external updates related to CEA CAPA Academics, in close partnership with the Dean of Global Programs & Academic Administra tion
- S upport creation of trainings on AA accountability areas
- Oversee routine communications with onsite Academic leadership community
- Review and update internal and external written academic materials
- Leadership
- P rovide strategic oversight and refinement of CEA CAPA Scholarship program
- Oversee and support trainings with int ernal stakeholders regarding new and existing academic policies and procedures
- Serve as subject matter expert on School of Record policies and procedures
- Synthetize disparate information and updates into clear and actionable guides
- Conduct research and run reports to identify and advance strategic priorities for the Academic Affairs team
Required:
- Master’s Degree
- 5 years’ progressively experience in educational administration o r equivalent
- Working knowledge of academic affairs and accreditation procedures in a U.S. higher education setting
- Impeccable attention to detail
- 1-3 years’ experience supervising staff
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with research methods and survey design
- Fluency with Microsoft Office suite , survey platforms
- Working knowledge of ADA and other compliance requirements related to educational technology tools and platforms
- Project management experience

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
