About the Opportunity
The Circulation Services Specialist will be responsible for carrying out and explaining library policies and procedures; resolving problems and concerns in a positive manner. You will register patrons for new library cards, accurately entering data and updating patron records.
This role involves calculating and receiving fines and fees, maintaining accurate service statistics, monitoring and maintaining collection, and shelving library materials of all types. You may also serve on system-wide committees and perform ongoing assignments of moderate to high difficulty.
