Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
As the Cosmetology Manager at Cedar Community, you will oversee daily salon operations, ensuring proper staffing and delivering high-quality beauty services, including washes and styling, haircuts, permanent waves, and manicures/pedicures. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to cross-train and support staff across locations, and a commitment to maintaining resident confidentiality and service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Current Wisconsin Cosmetologist or Barber’s License
- 6 months to 1 year of supervisory experience.
