Job Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance III~ Construction Technician you will:
Construction & Maintenance – Perform tasks such as painting, drywall installation, and general construction work.
Remodel & Build – Assist in the construction, remodeling, and upkeep of Cedar Community’s facilities and equipment.
Ensure Safety & Quality – Follow safety protocols and maintain high-quality workmanship in all projects.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in painting, drywall, and construction work.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
