The Director of Human Resources oversees all functions of the Human Resources Department in accordance with approved administrative policies of Cedar Creek Hospital. The HRD leads or facilitates programs for effective benefits administration, recruiting, orientation/training, wage/salary administration, employee relations and general welfare for all hospital employees. Serves to conuncil management in establishing Human Resources policies and procedures necessary to fulfill objectives of Cedar Creek Hospital.
