- Assist with the development of Food and Beverage, Retail, and Rental Operation.
- Oversee the daily operation of In-Park Revenue departments while maintaining operating efficiency.
- Manage COS and labor expenses of assigned In Park Revenue department.
- Responsible for the training and development of employees and leadership team.
- Ensure all areas follow safety and health department policies.
- Ensure daily staffing levels are met to maximize revenue.
- Responsible for ensuring weekly, monthly, and annual inventory is complete and accurate.
- Ensure all retail products are properly tagged and organized.
- Coach and counsel leadership team while displaying empathy to understand wants, needs, and concerns.
- Other duties assigned
- Must be 16 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
- Available to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong basic math skills
- Self-starter who is capable of consistently delivering goals with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be highly organized with attention to detail.
- Adaptable with the ability to make good common-sense decisions as conditions change.
- You must be able to walk and stand for up to 4 hours at a time.
- You must be able to work 40 hours a week
- Able to operate a motor vehicle
- Constantly standing, talking, walking, reaching, using finger movement, grasping, stooping bending, kneeling, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
- Certified in Safe Food Handling required and TABC Certifications (only if at age?)
- Minimum 1 years of Retail Management experience managing 5 or more leaders.
- Minimum 2 years of Multi-unit Food & Beverage Management experience managing 5 or more leaders.
