In-Park Revenue Department Supervisor

Specific Responsibilities and Key Learning Opportunities:

• Assist with the development of Food and Beverage, Retail, and Rental Operation.
• Oversee the daily operation of In-Park Revenue departments while maintaining operating efficiency.
• Manage COS and labor expenses of assigned In Park Revenue department.
• Responsible for the training and development of employees and leadership team.
• Ensure all areas follow safety and health department policies.
• Ensure daily staffing levels are met to maximize revenue.
• Responsible for ensuring weekly, monthly, and annual inventory is complete and accurate.
• Ensure all retail products are properly tagged and organized.
• Coach and counsel leadership team while displaying empathy to understand wants, needs, and concerns.
• Other duties assigned

Ideal Qualifications:

• Must be 16 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
• Available to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong basic math skills
• Self-starter who is capable of consistently delivering goals with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be highly organized with attention to detail.
• Adaptable with the ability to make good common-sense decisions as conditions change.

Requirements:

• You must be able to walk and stand for up to 4 hours at a time.
• You must be able to work 40 hours a week
• Able to operate a motor vehicle
• Constantly standing, talking, walking, reaching, using finger movement, grasping, stooping bending, kneeling, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
• Certified in Safe Food Handling required and TABC Certifications (only if at age?)
• Minimum 1 years of Retail Management experience managing 5 or more leaders.
• Minimum 2 years of Multi-unit Food & Beverage Management experience managing 5 or more leaders.
