How you will make an impact :
The Assistant Administrator assists the CEO in the operation of the hospital.
Responsibilities Include :
- Provide recommendations / guidance to management supporting administrative and facility decisions
- Set objectives, develops plans, staffs, directs activities of assigned departments / areas of responsibility
- Provide professional level planning, reporting, analysis and consultation to support the goals and objectives of the organization
- Helps manage the hospital operations, may assume administrative responsibility for the hospital in the absence of the hospital’s CEO
- Ensure consistency of treatment and application of policy
- Responsible for the functioning of various departments within the hospital
- Promotes Clinical Quality, Integrity, Safety, Service Excellence, Teamwork, Accountability and Continuous Improvement throughout all departments
- Responsible for creating a fair, open environment for all teammates.

What We Offer :
New hires are typically brought into the organization between the minimum to midpoint of the salary range posted depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration or related field required; Master’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of four plus years of education and experience required.
Experience : A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a health care management position with extensive experience in behavioral health care by providing executive leadership over day to day operations including direct accountability to develop and execute business strategies; provide leadership for quality of care, staff development, maintenance of license and accreditations, financial performance and process improvement strategies.
In addition, detailed knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment issues.
Salary : $52,500
