What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Sales Support position at Cedar Lake Sales?
We are a Family Owned, Award Winning Full Service Marine Dealer in Business for over 55 years! Looking for the right person to join our successful and busy Dealership. Marine dealer office experience preferred but we will train the right candidate the specifics needed to be successful.
Job Duties will include: Answer phone calls, Greet customers and direct them within the store, Enter new inventory and pricing updates into our DMS, Create and update inventory price signs, Review and process sales contracts, Compile sales packets for deliveries, Works closely and assists the sales staff with paperwork, sales, and delivery record keeping. This position will also work closely with our Office Manager and Bookkeeper/Office Assistant.
The ideal candidate will have:
· High School Diploma or equivalent, additional schooling a plus
· Bookkeeping Experience, Preferred
· Experience with a Dealer Management System (DMS)
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
· Enjoy interacting with customers in person and over the phone
· Analytical and problem solving skills to identify areas of concern and offer solutions
· The desire to always do the job right the first time
· Positive attitude and a team player
· Physically able to lift at least 25 lbs.
