What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Assistant/Patient Services position at Cedar Pediatrics?
We are looking for a compassionate, efficient, and experienced pediatric MA to join our practice. A strong work ethic and friendly demeanor are required to be a successful part of our team!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Patient intake including taking vital signs, verifying medical history and updating patient chart
- Prepare, administer and document lab work and procedures
- Answer incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments as needed
- Assist with form completion (physicals, medication consents, daycare, WIC, etc.)
- Prepare, clean and maintain patient exam rooms
- Support providers and check in as needed
