Join our team where work is FUN! As a Human Resources Educator, you will play a vital role in the administration and maintenance of established training programs. Collaborate with Training Team Leadership and Operations partners to enhance our onboarding and training initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Delivering exceptional support to associates throughout the onboarding, orientation, and training processes, while assisting them with the Learning Management System (LMS), digital training, and scheduling training sessions via Dayforce.
- Managing the training facilities, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adequate supply levels to create an inviting learning environment.
- Engaging with associates and guests in a friendly, professional, and flexible manner.
- Providing outstanding guest service in line with Cedar Fair standards, whether serving guests or collaborating with co-workers.
