As a Technical Support Specialist on our team, you will provide timely and reliable technical support to end-users in a fast-paced environment. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues and isolate problems through testing and analysis. You will also be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software for desktops, laptops, POS equipment, and mobile devices.
- Resolve hardware, software, POS equipment, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, POS computers, printers, copiers, and peripheral devices.
- Assist with new hardware and software implementations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to desktops, laptops, POS, networks, cameras, and mobile devices.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
