As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for evaluating ride reliability and performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize maintenance strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Evaluate ride reliability and performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to ensure ride reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with vendors and manufacturers to improve attraction reliability and reduce costs.
- Lead mechanical maintenance teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or vocational/technical certification preferred.
- Valid US driver's license and 3-5 years of supervisor and/or leadership experience, with demonstrated mechanical/electrical maintenance experience and supervisory/management experience.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, UKG, and JDE.
