CRBT is looking for a Client Care Representative to join our team. The key attributes of this position are to represent CRBT/CB&T in a positive manner, contribute to the development and retention of client relationships and assisting clients with banking related questions.
To be considered for this position applicants must have a strong client service focus, outstanding business telephone etiquette, excellent communications skills. Also must be able to operate a computer and interpret and analyze basic financial information. High School diploma and a minimum of 2 years additional training in client service.
