Experience
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, particularly in addiction and behavioral health.
- Familiarity with case management processes and medical coding practices is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and acute care practices is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required for effective patient interaction and documentation.
