Position : Front Desk Lead
Schedule : Primarily 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM, with flexibility to fill afternoon shifts as needed
Pay Range : $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Are you an organized and customer-focused individual looking to take the lead in a dynamic hospitality environment? Cedar Street Hotel & Suites, located in the heart of downtown Sandpoint, is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Lead to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service during check-ins, check-outs, and throughout their stay.
- Take ownership of front desk operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functionality.
- Oversee staff schedules and ensure team members show up for their shifts.
- Respond to guest reviews across multiple platforms, addressing feedback in a professional and engaging manner.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content and responding to inquiries to promote the hotel and local attractions.
- Perform front desk agent duties, including reservations, answering phones, and managing payments.
- Step into afternoon shifts as needed to provide additional support.
- Support other front desk-related duties as assigned by management.
