Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and organized Office Administrators to join our team at Cedar Valley Appliance. This role can be tailored to either part-time or full-time hours based on the candidate's availability. As an Office Administrator, you will assist with daily operations, customer service, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily office operations, including scheduling and inventory management.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to customers and team members.
- Help with bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and data entry.
- Stay up to date on changing appliance features and attend online training sessions provided by our manufacturers.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Collaborate with sales and service departments for smooth operations.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships and supplies procurement.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial practices is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
