Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and be able to handle a variety of tasks related to employee relations, onboarding, payroll, credentialing, and recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
- Assist with new hire onboarding and orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues
- Oversee employee retirement plans
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Assist with performance management and employee development
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in HR
This position is full-time working 32-36 hours per week. No weekends. No holidays. CVMS offers a competitive benefits package to include health, vision, and dental insurance. Retirement benefits to include 401k-match and profit-sharing eligibility.

Requirements
- 2 years of experience in HR preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
