Coordinator
At
Cedarbrook Senior Living, we work hard every day to find out what “Celebrating

achieve these goals. We are seeking a dynamic Move-in Coordinator at our Bloomfield Hills community.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight for all aspects of the resident move-in process.
- Welcomes
new residents to the community, provides community and apartment orientation,
introduces new residents to the community ambassador.
- Assists
incoming residents with their transition to the community including providing keys, emergency fobs and general information.
- Conducts
lease signing and lease renewal signing with residents and families.
- Collects
insurance cards and medical information upon admission and as needed.
- Coordinates
and supports nursing with complete documentation for new Assisted Living
and Memory Care residents.
- Coordinates refurbishing, cleaning and inspection of apartments after move-out and
before move-in with the Director of Building Services.
- Personally,
ensures apartment readiness for all resident move ins.
- Schedules
move in, move out dates, and on-site-transfers with the management team.
- Provides
a detailed calendar for all departments as resident and apartment changes
are made.
- Provides
Food and Nutrition team with a food preference sheet and photograph of new
residents.
- Communicates special needs or requirements for incoming residents to the appropriate
members of the leadership team.
- Makes
sure all information has been entered in the respective systems for a
smooth transition from the sales and marketing team to the daily
operations team.
- Assists
the sales and marketing department with production reports and correspondence
as needed.
- Supports the marketing team by assisting with tours, telephone inquiries, hosting
functions, and community outreach.
- Serves
as the Manager on Duty during assigned weekend and holiday shifts based on
the community calendar.
- Ability
to work flexible hours including possible nights and weekends, as needed.
- Valid
Driver's License required.

Education/Experience:
- Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience a must.
- Two-year
minimum experience in a Sales and Marketing support role or customer service
experience in a Senior Living community preferred.
