- Welcoming residents, visitors, and guests, providing personalized assistance and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. ">
- Monitoring the community's entry and exit points, signing in guests and residents, and enforcing safety protocols. ">
- Engaging with residents regularly to promote a sense of community and connection. ">
- Receiving and distributing mail and packages, and managing external and internal calls. ">
- Assisting with clerical tasks, such as scheduling transportation and events, and submitting work orders on behalf of residents. ">
- Ensuring effective communication between community staff and residents' families regarding care and well-being. ">
Requirements:

- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. ">
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a senior living facility or healthcare setting. ">
- CPR or BLS certification is preferred. ">
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, electronic health records systems, and other relevant software. ">
- Able to work weekends as needed and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment. ">
