Job Description
In this vital role, you will play a key part in providing daily living activities and services to residents in alignment with their individual service plans. You will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional resident care and support for daily activities of living (ADLs) and personal hygiene
- Responding to patient call lights with a compassionate and helpful approach
- Ensuring residents receive an appropriate diet by understanding their preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions
- Recording vital signs as requested by staff
- Promptly notifying the nurse in charge of any changes in resident conditions
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current CNA certification in the state of CO (active)
- A can-do attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for our residents
- The ability to work effectively both as a team and independently
- The ability to read, write, and speak English
